LET'S ANALYZE! In order to effectively align your actions with your ultimate goals, you need to zoom out and take a birds eye view of all the moving parts. Together we will analyze your business and uncover where the gaps lie and where opportunities for streamlining might be hiding. From there, we will:

  • Begin mapping & documenting your Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

LET'S GET TO WORK! Once priorities and action steps are set, it's time to start implementing. This is where I sit in the driver's seat and take the lead on holding both of us accountable to the established plan:
  • We begin implementing your systems based on priority levels
  • Timelines are established and delivery dates are outlined
  • We keep in close communication as progress is made
  • As objectives are completed, we move into the review process

CONTINUED MANAGEMENT & OPTIMIZATION. This is often where the scope of work shifts to assist in ongoing monthly maintenance and management. Systems are continuously monitored and optimized where needed, but overall they are set and working as they should. You are enjoying a more streamlined business and focusing on big picture growth while I work behind the scenes to assist in business management as agreed upon in our scope of work.

Once the contract and payment are complete, I will reach out and outline our first action steps!

investment for retainer services?

This is a retainer service with an initial 3 month commitment. This means you are paying a monthly retainer fee for my services and you are billed the same amount on the same day each month for 3 months. After 3 months, contracts can be renewed in 6 month increments. 

what kind of commitment is this?

Retainer packages are always customized per client based on needs of support and monthly fees typically range from $1,200-$1,500 per month.

do you offer
just stand alone services?

I do offer occasional project-based services as well as the ability to “take over” current systems in the areas of:
